Design Engineer (Curtain Wall)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design drawings from 'Tender and/or Design Intent' with the help of the Designers
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings and sketches to facilitate the smooth running of projects and formal submission
• Ensure the drawings submission can fulfill the Contracts / Architect’s requirements
• Prepare Curtain Wall detail for engineering calculations
• Prepare the construction drawings to Projects Team
• Maintain proper filing record of drawing transmittal and project correspondence

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Engineering or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years’ solid experience in curtain wall design and drafting
• Technical knowledge for project design and product development
• Proficient in AutoCAD and PC operations such as MS Word, Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Design Engineer (Curtain Wall)
