What they need
Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
3+ years of hands-on E&M design experience in consultancy
Demonstrated strength in at least one primary discipline:
- HVAC: Heat load calculations, ductwork layout, chiller/AHU systems design.
- Electrical: Power distribution, lighting layout, LV/HV design, emergency power.
- P&D: Water supply, drainage pipework sizing, sewage system design.
- FS: Fire hydrant & hose reel, sprinkler, smoke extraction, and alarm systems design.
