Design Engineer (Electrical)

• Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and PCB layouts.
• Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Select and specify electrical components and systems.
• Perform load calculations, circuit design, and system integration.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure electrical systems meet functional and safety requirements.
• Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards (e.g., NEC, IEC), and industry regulations.
• Assist in cost estimation, BOM preparation, and procurement support.
• Continuously improve design practices and tools to enhance product quality and development efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical design or a related engineering role.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or Altium.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, power distribution, and control systems.
