Job Description – Electrical & Electronics Engineer

Experience: 2–3 Years

Department: Engineering / Product Development

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits.

· Perform component selection, circuit analysis, and basic PCB testing.

· Understand and work with AC/DC power supplies, SMPS, relays, sensors, switches, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, and connectors.

· Conduct electrical and functional testing of products and sub-assemblies.

· Perform voltage, current, resistance, power, temperature, and continuity measurements.

· Identify electrical/electronic failures and perform root-cause analysis.

· Prepare and maintain test reports, BOM, circuit diagrams, specifications, and engineering documents.

· Support prototype development and product validation.

· Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams to resolve technical issues.

· Support new product development (NPD) and engineering changes.

· Follow applicable IEC / BIS / safety and quality requirements.

· Assist in developing test procedures and production testing methods.

· Provide technical support to production technicians and operators.

Required Technical Skills

· Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics.

· Good understanding of voltage/current measurements, and power calculations.

· Hands-on experience with multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, electronic loads, and other test equipment.

· Basic knowledge of PCB, schematic, BOM, and component datasheets.

· Understanding of AC/DC circuits and electrical safety.

· Basic troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.

· Good documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in power electronics / automotive electronics / consumer electronics.

· Knowledge of SMPS, DC-DC converters, MOSFETs, relays, and microcontrollers.

· Basic knowledge of EMI/EMC testing.

· Experience with Altium, EasyEDA, KiCad, or similar PCB tools.

· Exposure to product validation and reliability testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
