Design Engineer (Fire-Fighting System)

Urgently require Design Engineer (Fire-Fighting System) @ Pune (Fursungi).

Job Responsibilities

• Design and prepare layouts for fire-fighting systems, including:
• Fire pump house system
• Fire hydrant system
• Addressable Fire alarm system
• Conventional Fire alarm system
• Fire sprinkler system
• Foam flooding system
• Medium velocity water spray system
• High velocity water spray system
• Fire extinguisher system o Design basis report
• Rading Knowable of material technical data sheet
• Rading Knowable of Quality assurance plan

o Detail Bill of materiel perpetration •

. Prepare AutoCAD 2D layouts, piping isometric drawings and drawings.

• Perform pipe sizing, hydraulic calculations and fire-water demand calculations.

• Prepare equipment specifications, datasheets, material take offs and bills of materials.

• Select fire pumps, valves, hydrants, sprinklers, spray nozzles and other system components.

• Prepare technical documents and maintain project records.

• Create material codes, purchase requests and other project entries in SAP Business One.

• Review vendor drawings and technical offers.

• Support site teams during installation, testing and commissioning.

Required Experience

• Minimum two years of experience in designing fire-fighting systems such as fire hydrant, fire pump house, MVWS, HVWS and sprinkler systems.

OR • Experience in oil and gas piping, including the design and routing of fluid piping systems.
