Design Engineer/ Manager(HVAC)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HVAC design and project execution.
• Prepare and review HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, piping layouts, equipment layouts, and technical drawings.
• Independently work on AutoCAD and HVAC design drawings.
• Perform/review HVAC calculations, equipment selection, sizing, and design requirements.
• Review BOQs, specifications, technical documents, and design submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, site teams, and internal departments.
• Take ownership of design-to-execution and ensure projects are completed as per requirements.
• Visit project sites and provide technical support during installation and execution.
• Identify and resolve design, coordination, and site-related technical issues.
• Review shop drawings and ensure proper implementation at site.
• Plan project activities, resources, timelines, and design deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Lead and guide the design and project execution team.
• Ensure drawings and project deliverables meet required quality, technical, and safety standards.
• Manage design revisions and client/consultant comments.
• Prepare project updates, technical reports, and progress reports for management.

Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 310 years of relevant experience in HVAC / MEP / Engineering Projects
• Experience in both design and project execution is preferred.
