Design Engineer - Material Handling Industry

This is a unique opportunity to join our fast-growing company as a member of our mechanical engineering design team. We focus on fast paced complex engineering automation projects.

Qualifications:

• US Citizen
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Mechanical Engineering (BSME)

Responsibilities include the following:

• Design and layout of automation systems, material handling modules including sorters, singulators, conveyors, cameras and other automation modules for deployment to customer sites.
• Supports design, manufacturing, testing, and deployment activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
• Completes design analysis as required to ensure the system and module level design will meet all project requirements.
• Create drawing packages, electronic bills of materials and other engineering support content.
• Creates models and details drawings for manufacture, deployment, and logistics per design best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
