Design Engineer / Network Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking technically skilled and detail-oriented professionals for the positions of Design Engineer / Network Engineer . These roles focus on engineering design, technical analysis, network infrastructure, system optimization, and the development of reliable technical solutions. As a Design Engineer , you will contribute to the development, evaluation, and refinement of engineering designs to meet technical specifications and project requirements. Responsibilities include preparing design drawings, reviewing engineering specifications, performing technical calculations, and evaluating the feasibility of proposed solutions. You will collaborate with engineering teams, project coordinators, and other stakeholders to develop practical designs that meet performance, safety, and quality standards. Additional duties may include conducting design reviews, selecting appropriate materials and components, preparing technical documentation, evaluating design alternatives, and resolving engineering issues. You will also help identify opportunities to improve product functionality, optimize resource utilization, and ensure that designs comply with applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements.

As a Network Engineer , you will focus on designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure to support reliable communication and data connectivity. Responsibilities include configuring network devices, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and maintaining network security and availability. You will work closely with IT teams, system administrators, and other technical professionals to support network operations and improve infrastructure reliability. Additional duties may include managing routers and switches, maintaining network documentation, evaluating network capacity, implementing configuration changes, and supporting network upgrades. You will also contribute to network performance optimization, access control, incident resolution, and the implementation of secure and scalable networking solutions.

Both positions require accurate technical documentation, effective communication, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Successful candidates will contribute to reliable engineering designs, stable network operations, improved system performance, and effective technical solutions while supporting organizational objectives and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical specifications, system analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, CAD software, design calculations, and technical documentation is advantageous for Design Engineer roles.
• Knowledge of network architecture, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting is beneficial for Network Engineer roles.
• Understanding of quality assurance, system performance evaluation, and technical compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools, firewalls, network security, or cloud networking is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements, investigate issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant engineering or networking tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
