Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and develop suitable mechanical designs.
• Perform design analysis, including force, thermal, vibration, and reliability assessments.
• Select suitable design solutions based on cost, quality, manufacturability, and reliability.
• Select appropriate materials for durability and compatibility with semiconductor processes.
• Design precision tooling, fixtures, and mechanical components for advanced packaging applications.
• Develop 3D CAD models and conduct structural analysis.
• Work closely with manufacturing and process engineering teams to ensure designs are practical and suitable for production.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve product performance, reliability, and design efficiency.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in semiconductor / solar fabs industry.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and engineering simulation software.
