Design Engineer- Radiator

Position- Design Engineer

Location- Saudi Arabia

Experience- 8+ years of experience in aluminum radiator manufacturing.

Qualifucation- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Industry- Automotive, commercial vehicle, generator, off-highway, or industrial radiators.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop aluminum radiator products based on customer specifications.
• Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
• Develop and modify radiator core, tanks, headers, fins, tubes, and related components.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Sales teams during product development.
• Review customer drawings and technical specifications.
• Support prototype development, testing, and product validation.
• Improve existing radiator designs to enhance performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
• Resolve design-related production issues and implement engineering changes.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives.
