Design Engineer- Seating Foam(UGNX)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UG NX Engineer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months–1.5 years of experience and must have hands-on knowledge of UG NX software. The candidate should have a strong interest in mechanical design, 3D modeling, assembly, and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 3D models using UG NX as per project requirements.
• Develop and modify assemblies and engineering drawings.
• Perform design changes and updates based on project specifications.
• Understand and interpret mechanical/engineering drawings.
• Apply basic knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Work closely with senior engineers to support design and development activities.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of CAD models, assemblies, and drawings.
• Support design development and engineering activities as required.
• Follow project standards, design guidelines, and project timelines.

Required Skills:

• Mandatory: Hands-on knowledge of UG NX software.
• Good understanding of 3D modeling and assembly.
• Basic knowledge of 2D drafting and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of basic mechanical design concepts.
• Knowledge of GD&T and tolerances is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on new engineering projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• UGNX: 1 year (Preferred)
