• Experience in 2D/3D CAD design with Catia V5 and CAE analysis
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D technical proposals, conduct feasibility and tolerance studies, perform DFMEA, and manage BOMs for new product designs

Role & responsibilities

1. 1.2D Drawing Preperation
2. Check Feasibility for new design as per customer requirement.
3. Product Benchmarking.
4. Prepare Technical 3D Proposal as per Customer requirement.
5. New Product design. CAE Analysis.
6. tolerance Stickup study for New Design Tech Review / Spec Review with Customer
7. Check the feasibility concern raised by Tool supplier & Part supplier.
8. ECN / ECR Activity Participate / Prepare DFMEA Activity for product Design Prepare initial proto BOM, Pre BOM & Mass production BOM & share to development team
