PHC Indonesia is a Manufacturer of Medical Devices and Component, such as Electronic Equipment (Blood Glucose Meter, Bio Medical Freezer, Bio Medical Incubator and Medical Equipment). PHC Indonesia also provide EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) for Medical Devices, Automotive and others.

Job Title: Design Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary :

This role is responsible for managing engineering projects, supervising design engineers, and ensuring all design activities are completed in accordance with technical, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Location: Bekasi , Cikarang

What you will do :

• Reviewing and approving engineering designs, coordinating prototype development and validation activities, managing engineering change processes

• Supporting cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

• Driving innovation, improving product performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

What you shall bring :

• Strong leadership, technical, and project management skills, with experience in product design, engineering development, and manufacturing environments.

• Ability to lead teams, solve complex technical challenges, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.

• Trackable record to strengthen engineering leadership, support business growth, and enhance the organization's product development and innovation capabilities.
