Design Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Design Execution: Create digital and print assets, including social media graphics, marketing collaterals, presentations, UI components, or packaging layouts.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual outputs strictly adhere to established corporate brand guidelines and identity standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Asset Management: Organize, update, and maintain the company's digital asset library, source files, and design templates.
• Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders and refine drafts rapidly under tight production schedules.
• Trend Research: Monitor industry design trends, software updates, and competitor aesthetics to keep brand visuals fresh and moder.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience).
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a corporate design team, agency, or studio environment.
• Technical Software: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
• Core Competencies: Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and an openness to critique

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
