Design Faculty / Trainer

Location: Across Kerala

Employment: Full-time, Contract (12 / 18 Months)

We are looking for Design Faculty/Adobe Trainers to conduct practical, hands-on training programmes at schools, colleges and institutions across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical Design & Digital Creativity training for students.

• Teach Design Fundamentals like composition, colour, typography, visual hierarchy, etc.

• Trainers must know Adobe Express .

• Provide training in other Adobe tools, including:

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Illustrator

* Adobe Premiere Pro

* Adobe After Effects

• Conduct classes and project-based learning sessions.

• Explain design concepts and software in a simple, beginner-friendly way.

• Guide students through assignments and creative projects.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Design Fundamentals.

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Express – essential.

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for teaching, mentoring and working with students.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new creative and AI tools.

• Must be comfortable travelling across Kerala for training programmes.

• Freshers/recent graduates in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts or related fields.

• Experienced designers and trainers.

• Freelancers with good design and communication skills.

• Candidates with teaching/training experience.

Freshers are welcome. Prior teaching experience is not mandatory if you have strong design fundamentals and software skills.

Important

• This is a field-based teaching role.

• Candidates should be flexible to travel to different districts and institutions across Kerala.

• Contract duration: 12 / 18 months.

• Portfolio is mandatory.
