About the role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling digital and print assets that align with Villa Kayu Raja's brand identity. This role drives the visual narrative across social media, promotional campaigns, website media, in-house guest collaterals, and advertising materials to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics, banners, promotional flyers, brochures, menus, and corporate stationery for both digital and print media
• Produce engaging visually-driven assets (posts, stories, reels cover, banners) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and OTAs
• Ensure all visual output adheres strictly to Villa Kayu Raja's brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetic standards
• Design in-villa items including guest welcome cards, spa menus, restaurant promos, event flyers, and signage
• Assist in basic photography, video shooting, and editing for promotional reels, short clips, and property highlights
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to conceptualize and execute visual themes for seasonal campaigns, events, and packages
• Coordinate with external printing vendors regarding material specifications, color matching, print quality, and timely delivery

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Creative Media, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, resort/villa, or lifestyle brands
• Portfolio required
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Canva
• Familiar with photography and basic video editing tools
• Strong visual eye, typography awareness, layout balance, and creative thinking
• Ability to meet tight campaign deadlines
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian
