Job Description

• Provide technical support for processor-based connectivity, storage, and high-speed hardware platforms.
• Partner with field engineering, sales, and customer development teams to drive successful product adoption and design wins.
• Lead hardware design reviews, board bring-up activities, root-cause analysis, and complex debugging efforts.
• Support customers throughout the entire product lifecycle, from evaluation and prototype development to volume production.
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve hardware, firmware, and software integration challenges.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, application notes, release information, and customer training materials.
• Gather customer requirements and ensure alignment with product development plans.
• Travel as needed to support customer projects, laboratory validation, and system troubleshooting.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in hardware development, application engineering, or a relevant technical role.
• Strong expertise in board-level and system-level bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, protocol analysers, logic analysers, and related test equipment.
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and signal integrity principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, and teamwork capabilities.
• Functional English communication skills in both spoken and written forms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of PCIe, CXL, SAS, storage, or server hardware architectures.
• Familiarity with storage and networking protocols including SCSI, SATA, Ethernet, PCI, and PCI Express.
• Experience supporting global customers, particularly large enterprise or OEM/ODM environments.
• Background in embedded processors, silicon development, product marketing support, or industry compliance activities.
• Understanding of RAID technologies and data centre infrastructure.
