What they need
About LAKE LAKE started because two friends had a wild dream and the grit to see it through. We retained that entrepreneurial spirit while infusing our company with the things that really matter along the way, like kindness, trust, and authenticity. We're always above ego and work hard — in the softest pajamas imaginable. LAKE believes that the most comfortable part of your day should be celebrated. For us, these comfortable moments are nights at home with our families, weekend escapes with friends, a dose of me-time after a long day, and holidays that gather everyone together. Your mission...
At LAKE, thoughtful design is at the core of how we bring our collections to life. From concept through development, our Design team collaborates closely to create pieces that balance comfort, quality, and timeless style. - Organize and maintain the design archive, ensuring files, artwork, and assets are properly stored and accessible.

- Conduct research and development support for seasonal concepts, including inspiration gathering and competitive brand awareness.
- Assist with preparation and setup for key milestone meetings and design presentations.
- Provide general support to the Design team as needed to help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.
