Role Description As a Design Intern – You will support the marketing team by creating visual assets for social media, websites, and digital campaigns. You will assist in designing graphics, layouts, and basic motion elements that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks may include collaborating on creative concepts, adapting designs for different platforms, preparing assets for posting, and coordinating with content and strategy teams to ensure cohesive communication. This is an internship role that is entirely on-site, based in Kolkata, providing close mentorship, real-time feedback, and opportunities to learn directly from experienced digital marketers.

Qualifications

• Foundational design skills, including familiarity with graphic design principles, typography, and layout.
• Ability to use common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software) to create digital assets.
• Interest in performance marketing, social media creatives, and visual storytelling for online audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Ongoing studies or recent coursework in design, visual communication, multimedia, or a related field are preferred.
• Portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic, personal, or freelance) that demonstrate creativity and basic technical ability.
• Knowledge and interest in AI in a plus.
