该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责Essential Responsibilities And Duties 负责管理开发设计团队，确保团队工作顺利开展。Responsible for managing the development and design team to ensure the smooth operation of the team. 主要任务The main missions of the role are:

Manage the day to day running of section, the work planning and the communication with the customer. 管理部门的日常运行，工作计划和与客户的沟通.

Work as part of the Design and Development team, developing complete seats and components. 作为设计和开发团队的一部分，开发完整的座椅和部件.

Coordinate data input to the computer. 协调数据输入计算机.

Use Faurecia tools to manage and control the section. 使用Faurecia工具管理和控制部门.

Produce BOMs of complete seats and component assemblies. Check and approve change control documents and DFMEA. 生产完整座椅和部件总成的物料清单。审核和批准变更控制文件和DFMEA.

Work with all sections of our business and suppliers to ensure accurate data and information transfer is achieved. 与所有业务部门和供应商合作，确保实现准确的数据和信息传输.

Manage a team of Design Engineers. 管理设计工程师团队.

Participate to meetings with the customers, the program team and the suppliers. 参加与客户、项目团队和供应商的会议.

Ensure the approval of development according to functional risk and operations. 确保根据功能风险和操作批准开发.

Ensure the financial feasibilities of the development. 确保开发的财务可行性.

Complete other task assigned by manager.完成上级交代的其他任务. 1 5年以上座椅设计开发经验； 2 熟练掌握座椅骨架结构，运动机构设计； 3 熟练掌握骨架加工工艺以及公差尺寸链知识。
