What they need
- Conversant with Design coordination for Architecture design services including Interiors, Landscape & Sustainability for hotels, offices & similar buildings,
- Collate drawings and documents from Design team required for submission to statutory authorities,
- Provides inputs to Design Head on priorities of design submittals for approval/ construction.
- Facilitate shop drawing development by sub-contractors and vendors ( appointed by site team), its review, and approvals with technical support of Design team for specialised items.
- Providing Site based solution for optimisation of design resolution maintaining the design intent intact, in consultation with Design team.
- Support construction administration with site visits, RFI responses, and design clarifications.
