Your New Role

Reporting into the project leadership team, you will lead the design management function across a range of civil infrastructure projects, including roads and bridges, renewables and defence. You'll work closely with internal delivery teams, external design consultants, and client stakeholders to drive approvals, manage design risk, ensure compliance with project requirements, and identify opportunities to add value throughout the design process.

Your Experience

Ideally you will have a background that includes:

• A civil engineering degree

• Experience delivering D&C infrastructure projects

• Experience with TfNSW specifications and GC21 contracts

• Experience managing design consultants and multidisciplinary design teams

This role would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, can quickly absorb information, hold stakeholders accountable, and maintain a high standard of delivery in a fast-paced environment.
