Design Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Design Manager with 2-5 years of experience in Solar Design to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in PV system design, AutoCAD, Helioscope/PVsyst, electrical and structural design, and engineering optimization.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the design team to ensure timely completion of solar projects.
• Develop and implement effective design strategies for C&I rooftop solar projects.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design-related issues.
• Perform site testing and commissioning of solar systems.
• Ensure designs meet quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in PV system design, AutoCAD, Helioscope/PVSyst, and engineering optimization.
• Experience in C&I rooftop solar projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical and structural design principles.
• Ability to manage a team and lead by example.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
