Design Manager

The Design Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the design team, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure timely and complete delivery of design documents, while ensuring projects comply with relevant laws, codes, and regulations. He/she will develop and manage project schedules, prepare design concepts, choose materials, and act as the primary client contact, ensuring designs meet project objectives and client needs. He/she will implement quality assurance processes and manage project budgets to maintain cost-effective design solutions within financial constraints, ensuring high-quality standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
• With Active PRC License
• Has five (5) years of extensive experience in design and /or construction management, or related field.
• Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Know how to use Computer aided design and graphic software
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
