该职位来源于猎聘 REPORTING TO Project Director ROLE To be assigned to projects as a member of the project management team and be responsible for specification of all engineering activities related to design, technical scope definition and engineering scope management. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rregularly observe the operations of the LDI to check progress and quality are in compliance with the current programmes;
• Monitor and supervise company’s reports, inspections and remedial actions;
• Monitors with the Employer, Contractor and Supervision Co. the equipment and materials approval process to ensure compliance with the ER and programme;
• Coordination and publication of project instructions. REQUIRED STANDARD OF QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree of Engineering & Design Management EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE Knowledge & Experience
• At least 8 years design management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Design Management for Real Estate, Industrial, High Rise Building, Retail, Shopping Mall, Building Refurbishment (all fit out), Hotel, Office etc.
• Understand the local code & has experience managing Chinese Design Institute
• Knowledge of project design management
• Familiarity with government approvals process and policy of design
• Knowledge of project programme scheduling & monitoring in design
• Experience of site construction and method related to design
• Capable of interpersonal and communication skills, academic writing skill for project reports of design management
• Office software, Autocad 2000, Microsoft Project and other necessary software skills needs for design management
• Able to work under pressure, be willing to travel and work for projects out of Shanghai
• Spoken and written in English preferable
• Working experiences from Project Management company or related consulting firms preferable Functional Skills
• Understanding of GLEEDS’ responsibilities on the project
