Design Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement brand strategies across multiple projects, ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging.
• Manage a team of designers, providing guidance on creative direction, project management, and quality control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.

Job Requirements :

• 10-14 years of experience as a Creative Manager or similar role in an advertising agency or marketing firm.
• Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and leading creative teams.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual communication, and project management best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
