Role Summary

Lead the development and execution of interior design strategy that meets client needs while aligning to DB&B’s business goals. You will drive design strategy and concept direction, deliver high-quality space planning and design solutions, and ensure predictable delivery against timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development and execution of design strategy aligned with client needs and Company goals.
• Collaborate with pitch teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality designs and creative solutions for assigned projects.
• Ensure design development meets timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Present design stories effectively and align internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and champion design innovation.
• Provide regular guidance and feedback to keep quality high and unblock progress.
• Set clear expectations and benchmarks for design excellence within project teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Commercial Interior Designing.
• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Strong design and conceptualization skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Strong space planning and concept development that supports client corporate image.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design stories to stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
