What they need
Minimum 5 Years STAD Pro design experience in relevant industry.
1 to 2 years managerial experience preferred.
Well versed in IS & AISC(MBMA) design codes. BS codes knowledge advantage.
Proven track record in PEB industry.
Ability to plan & manage design team.
Previous experience of managing teams.
Good communication skills to interact with customers.
Energetic and self driven.
Target oriented and success driven.
Ability to work in fast tracked environment.
Proficient in Stad Pro mandatory. Knowledge in other software such as Tekla, Etabs etc advantages.
Job roles and responsibilities:
Managing the design team.
Preparing Estimate BOQ for sales team to quote.
Optimisation of design to make the company competitive in industry.
Develop methods and practices to streamline design department.
Interact with customers when necessary to offer best services to clients.
Checking & vetting of in- house designs.
Preparation of shop floor drawings and final BOQ.
