DESIGN MANAGER

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or any related fields.
• Must have 3 years’ experience in design management roles within the construction industry.
• At least 3-5 years and above broad work experience in interior design especially in design conceptualization, ff/e selection, and styling various projects.
• Proficiency in BIM Software
• With Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
• Able to provide clear, collaborative direction towards a common goal.
• Able to listen and convey complex issues concisely and accurately to all levels in the business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading design meetings and ensuring all team members aligned with the project vision.
• Collaborates with other departments involved in preliminary planning of design for design intent and project conflict resolution, if any.
• Responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and approving technical drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Maintaining detailed records of design progress, revisions, and approvals for documentation.
• Addressing design-related challenges during construction phases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
