Role Overview

Logos India is seeking an experienced and innovative Design Manager to lead design standardisation, product development and design excellence across its industrial and logistics real estate projects. The role will drive design innovation, construction efficiency, quality standards and customer-focused solutions while ensuring consistency across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development, master planning and product evolution, ensuring industry-leading standards and market competitiveness.
• Establish standardised design specifications, construction methodologies, material standards and quality benchmarks across projects.
• Drive value engineering, cost optimisation, prefabrication and preassembly to improve construction efficiency.
• Ensure accurate, detailed construction drawings and timely design deliverables aligned with project and procurement schedules.
• Develop and standardise design specifications for multistorey industrial buildings and customised tenant solutions.
• Manage design programmes and coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop customer proposal packs, including masterplans, layouts, general arrangement drawings and 3D visualisations, within defined turnaround timelines.
• Build and enhance BIM capabilities, ensuring updated models for ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience , including local and international exposure.
• Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD and Revit ; knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage.
• Strong experience in industrial real estate design, master planning, construction detailing and design management.
• Sound knowledge of local regulatory requirements and FM Global standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, innovation and project coordination skills.
