Position: Design Manager / Draftsman

Reports to: Director of Strategy & Operations, Head of Retail Sales & Operation

Today, the group has operations and retail outlets in Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing and Hangzhou. Its newly launched concept store, House of Madison, is an expression of its retail ambitions.

Launched in October 2014, House of Madison is a groundbreaking retail experience by The Madison Group, a global company representing luxury lifestyle brands. The sprawling three-storey, 12,000 square foot space serves as a retail playground for tinkers and tinkerers, artists and artisans exploring the intersection of design, gastronomy and the art of expressive living.

To cope with the company's expansion and market demands, we are now looking for high calibre to join our winning team.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp) for luxury kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, furniture, appliances and lighting installations.
• Prepare shop drawings, elevations, and photoshop drawings for showroom displays and client projects. Knowledge of 3D renderings and AI applications is a bonus.
• Prepare quotations for sales proposal and sales orders upon sales confirmation.
• Collaborate with sales and showroom teams, site coordinators and factory teams to ensure accurate specifications and timelines.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback, factory requirements, and site measurements.
• Support project workflow and documentation processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design, Drafting, or related field.
• 2+ year experience in luxury furniture/kitchen drafting; familiarity with European brands preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; 3D Rendering and AI knowledge a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Team work oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English; good command of Mandarin preferred.
