Design Manager - Interiors

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from project allocation to completion.
• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure timely release of design approvals, BOQs, and cut-lists.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and prevent escalations.
• Coordinate with designers, procurement, production, site teams, and customer success.
• Drive proactive client communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage project quality, handovers, snag closures, and photoshoot readiness.

Requirements

• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (MIS reporting, dashboards, trackers, formulas, data analysis, and project reporting) are mandatory.
• Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive accountability across teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
