Seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the Civil & Structural Design team. This role involves managing design projects and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Job description: Lead and manage the Civil & Structural Design team, Review and approve civil and structural design drawings, and Coordinate with architectural, MEP, project management teams.

Required Candidate profile: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering, Master's Degree in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage. Must-have: strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design.

Must-have skills:

• Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design

• Good understanding of foundation design

• Knowledge of structural analysis and design software

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Strong knowledge of relevant IS Codes and NBC

Compulsory skills: strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design, good understanding of foundation design

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Civil & Structural Design team

• Review and approve civil and structural design drawings

• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, project management teams

• Ensure designs are practical and cost-effective

• Monitor design deliverables

• Review structural analysis and design calculations

• Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes and standards

• Mentor and develop junior and senior design engineers
