Design Office Architect

In 2022, CCN Holding established its Bucharest Branch Office to participate in hospital tenders in Romania and oversee awarded projects. CCN is currently executing the Dimitrie Gerota Emergency Hospital Project for the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bucharest, SRU Iasi (Spitalul Regional de Urgenta Iasi,) SRU Cluj (Spitalul Regional de Urgenta Cluj), Children Hospital Cluj and continues to expand its international presence through major construction and healthcare projects.

We are looking for experienced Design Office Architects to join our teams for two of the major hospital construction projects in Iași and Cluj Romania .

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the country's significant healthcare developments, working alongside an international project team in a dynamic construction environment.

Location: Iași and Cluj - Romania (Local Romanian candidates only)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proven experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong background in design office activities and preparation of technical and construction documentation.
• Native Romanian speaker and intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with site teams, consultants, designers, and project management.
• Knowledge of Revit is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings and technical documentation during the construction phase.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural shop drawings with the site team.
• Coordinate with the site team, Designer, Supervisor, Employer, and technical consultants.
• Manage design revisions, RFIs, and technical clarifications.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
