File & Document Management

  • Organize and maintain drawing files, project documents, and other digital files according to project requirements.
  • Ensure proper version control and accessibility of design documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of revisions and approved drawings.

Standards & Compliance

  • Ensure designs and technical drawings comply with applicable industry standards, codes, regulations, and company requirements.
  • Support the team in identifying potential design or technical issues and recommending practical solutions.

Presentation & Communication

  • Present design concepts, drawings, and technical information clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate design requirements, revisions, and technical concerns effectively with the Builds and Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the design process.

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and assistance to the Builds team when needed.
  • Support project-related design activities and initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
