Design Operations & Systems Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to monitor and ensure the proper use of our company's internal digital platforms and project management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor team members to ensure timely and accurate updates on company platforms.
• Ensure project drawings, snag lists, and other required documents are uploaded and maintained regularly.
• Track pending updates, missing documents, and incomplete entries.
• Follow up with team members to ensure compliance with established workflows and procedures.
• Maintain records and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Help improve accountability and consistency in the use of company systems.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
• Good communication skills and confidence in coordinating with multiple team members.
• Basic proficiency in digital platforms, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, or project coordination is preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Someone systematic, persistent, and comfortable ensuring that teams follow processes and maintain accurate project records.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
