Core Competencies We’re Looking For:

Education: A degree in Interior Design or Architecture with a proven track record of excellence.

Technical Execution: Precision in drafting detailed CAD drawings and comprehensive design plans. You must possess strong technical articulation—both written and verbal. We need someone who can not only design but also translate those designs into clear, actionable instructions for artisans, craftsmen, and site workers.

Tool Proficiency: Technical expertise in AutoCAD, V-Ray, 3ds Max, and D5 Render. A genuine excitement for learning new, cutting-edge tools is a must.

Visual Storytelling: A strong artistic eye and the potential to develop compelling 3D renderings and perspectives.

Agility: The capacity to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment and seamlessly adapt to shifting site conditions. You must be able to assess on-site concerns, integrate client feedback, and meet tight project timelines without compromising design integrity or quality.

Communication: The ability to articulate technical drawings clearly and collaborate seamlessly with our internal design teams, vendors, suppliers, and project partners. This includes the crucial ability to relay exact instructions to our partner site workers to ensure flawless on-site execution.
