Design Quality Engineer 设计质量工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• Participate in cross-functional product design reviews and design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA) to identify potential quality risks, propose preventive and corrective actions, and document review outcomes. 参与跨部门产品设计评审及设计失效模式与影响分析（DFMEA），识别潜在质量风险，提出预防与纠正措施，并记录评审结果。
• Lead the evaluation of quality risk of sample design, feasibility of mass production, and identifying the key quality risk control points during the mass production. 负责评估样品设计的品质风险，量产的可行性，识别量产过程中关键质量风险控制点。
• Ensure that product designs meet regulatory standards, customer requirements, and internal quality benchmarks while collaborating cross functionally with R&D. 确保产品设计符合法规标准、客户要求及内部质量基准，并与研发部门跨职能协作。
• Timely and effectively handle customer quality feedback or complaints at NPI stage, and promote the implementation of corrective and preventive measures. 及时有效处理样品阶段客户品质反馈，推动纠正和预防措施的实施。
• Lead continuous quality improvement projects and achieve continuous quality improvement through PDCA. 主导质量持续改善项目，通过PDCA循环实现质量持续改进
• Stay updated on the latest industry quality standards , regulatory requirements, and design quality methodologies, and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall design quality system. 跟踪行业最新质量标准、法规要求及设计质量方法，提出改进建议以完善整体设计质量体系。
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor. 完成上级主管安排的其他任务。 任职要求：
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or the equivalent. 必须具有电子工程或相关专业的本科学历。
• Must have 3-5 years working experience in quality management and familiar with various quality standards. 3-5年质量管理相关工作经验，熟悉各类质量标准。
• Skilled in applicable tools and technical skills. 掌握适用的工具和技术技能。
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to quality management. 自我驱动力强，具备强烈的责任心和积极主动的质量管理意识。
• Good knowledge of the quality methods (5W Analysis, 8D report, FMEA) and statistics (Pareto, capability study). 熟悉质量方法（5W分析、8D报告、FMEA）和统计工具（帕累托图、能力研究）
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and drive continuous improvement. 能够适应项目需求变化，推动持续改进。
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. 必须熟练掌握英语和中文的书面及口语表达。
