Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Design Studio Assistant to support our new construction design team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interior design, home building, and customer experience. You will assist homebuyers and designers throughout the selection process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients during design appointments with selections for finishes, fixtures, and upgrades
• Prepare and maintain design studio displays and sample materials
• Enter and track customer selections accurately in internal systems
• Support designers with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
• Maintain organized records, pricing sheets, and vendor catalogs
• Ensure the design studio remains clean, organized, and visually appealing

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in design, real estate, construction, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with new home construction or builder design centers
• Basic understanding of floorplans, finishes, and product selections
• Experience working with clients in a consultative setting
