What they need
Answer emails, phones, and in person questions in a professional manner.
To maintain a clean and organized work area.
Provide a professional customer service and communication skills. Provide Summit quotes and CAD drawings in Cabinet Vision.
Create shipping manifests and pup paperwork.
Communicate missing or damaged parts to customers prior to shipment leaving factory.
Create order packets, warranty orders, add orders and no charge add orders.
Support dealers, contractors, designers, sales team and homeowners.
Send delivery intake forms to clients to confirm delivery.
Participate in engineering reviews prior to sending order packets to customers for sign off.
Maintain sample inventory for sales team.
Maintain touch up kit inventory.
Follow up with Customers/Builders about on-going projects to streamline into production.
Other tasks as assigned.
Pay: $38,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
