1. 岗位基本要求 / Position Requirements

招聘对象及本地市场知识 / Nationality and Local Market Knowledge

马来西亚本地候选人优先。应熟悉马来西亚的酒店市场、建筑及室内设计环境，并具备良好的跨文化沟通能力。须具备在马来西亚合法工作的资格。

Malaysian candidates are preferred. Applicants should have a good understanding of Malaysia's hospitality market, architectural and interior design environment, and cross-cultural communication. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.

学历背景 / Educational Background

持有建筑设计、室内设计、建筑环境设计或相关专业的文凭或学士学位。具备相关专业资格证书、专业培训经历或酒店设计项目经验者优先。

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Built Environment Design, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant professional certifications, design training, or hotel design project experience will have an advantage.

工作经验 / Work Experience

至少具备 3 年酒店行业相关设计工作经验，熟悉酒店客房、公共区域、餐饮区域及其他运营空间的设计流程。具有国际酒店品牌、连锁酒店或酒店品牌标准化项目经验者优先。

A minimum of 3 years of relevant design experience in the hospitality industry, with familiarity in the design processes for guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage outlets, and other operational spaces. Experience with international hotel brands, hotel chains, or hotel brand-standardisation projects is preferred.

2. 核心工作职责 / Key Responsibilities

2.1 前期开发支持 / Pre-Development Support

1. 根据酒店项目定位、品牌标准及运营需求，协助开发团队完成酒店空间规划及平面布局。

Assist the Development Team in preparing hotel space planning and layout proposals in accordance with project positioning, brand standards, and operational requirements.

2. 协助进行项目初步设计评估，为酒店改造、翻新及新建项目提供设计支持。

Support preliminary design assessments for hotel renovation, refurbishment, and new-build projects.

3. 协助评估项目设计可行性、空间利用率及初步装修需求，为投资预算及项目规划提供参考。

Assist in evaluating design feasibility, space utilisation, and preliminary renovation requirements to support investment budgeting and project planning.

4. 协助组织设计标准培训，向项目团队及合作方传达品牌设计要求，确保各项目执行标准一致。

Assist in conducting design-standard training and communicating brand design requirements to project teams and business partners to ensure consistent implementation across projects.

2.2 跨部门协作与设计管理 / Cross-Departmental Coordination and Design Management

1. 与运营部、开发部及其他相关部门协作，收集业务需求与设计反馈，并将其转化为具体设计要求。

Work closely with the Operations, Development, and other relevant departments to gather business requirements and design feedback and translate them into specific design criteria.

2. 协调外部建筑设计事务所、室内设计公司及相关顾问，跟进设计方案、图纸及技术文件的提交与修改。

Coordinate with external architectural firms, interior design consultants, and relevant specialists to monitor the submission and revision of design proposals, drawings, and technical documents.

3. 审核外部设计成果是否符合酒店品牌标准、空间规划要求及项目设计指引，并提出优化建议。

Review external design deliverables for compliance with hotel brand standards, space-planning requirements, and project design guidelines, and recommend improvements where necessary.

4. 维护设计文件、项目案例、设计标准及相关数据，建立设计知识库，以提高后续项目的设计效率与质量。

Maintain design documentation, project references, design standards, and relevant data to build a design knowledge base and improve the efficiency and quality of future projects.

2.3 设计文件及技术审核 / Design Documentation and Technical Review

1. 审核项目平面图、效果图、材料手册、家具手册、灯具手册、洁具手册及其他相关设计文件。

Review floor plans, visual renderings, material schedules, furniture schedules, lighting schedules, sanitaryware schedules, and other relevant design documentation.

2. 检查家具布置、空间动线、设备及机电管线协调等设计细节，确保方案具备可行性与可实施性。

Check design details, including furniture layouts, circulation planning, equipment placement, and M&E coordination, to ensure practicality and buildability.

3. 跟进设计文件的修订、审批及版本管理，确保项目团队使用最新的批准文件。

Track design revisions, approvals, and document versions to ensure that project teams use the latest approved documents.

4. 协助检查设计方案是否符合适用的马来西亚建筑及消防要求、相关地方政府规定和项目技术标准；必要时协调专业顾问进行确认。

Assist in checking design proposals against applicable Malaysian building and fire safety requirements, relevant local authority regulations, and project technical standards, coordinating with qualified consultants where necessary.

2.4 项目现场支持与质量管理 / Project Site Support and Quality Assurance

1. 根据项目需要参与现场考察、设计检查及阶段性验收。

Participate in site visits, design inspections, and staged project acceptance activities as required.

2. 核对现场施工成果与批准图纸、材料规格及品牌标准的一致性。

Verify that on-site work complies with approved drawings, material specifications, and hotel brand standards.

3. 记录现场设计问题，并协调项目团队、设计顾问及承包商跟进整改。

Document site design issues and coordinate corrective actions with project teams, design consultants, and contractors.

4. 协助推动设计问题及时解决，确保项目设计质量符合品牌要求。

Assist in resolving design-related issues promptly to ensure that project quality meets brand requirements.

2.5 其他设计支持工作 / Other Design Support Duties

1. 协助开展酒店市场调研、竞争品牌分析及设计趋势研究，并编制相关报告。

Assist in hotel market research, competitor benchmarking, and design trend analysis, and prepare relevant reports.

2. 整理项目经验、设计案例及技术资料，为后续酒店项目提供参考。

Organise project experience, design case studies, and technical references for future hotel projects.

3. 协助准备设计汇报材料、项目会议文件及相关管理报告。

Assist in preparing design presentations, project meeting materials, and management reports.

4. 完成上级交办的其他与酒店设计及项目支持相关的工作。

Perform other hotel design and project-support duties as assigned by the supervisor.

3. 任职能力要求 / Competency Requirements

专业技能 / Technical Skills

熟练使用 AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop 等设计软件；具备扎实的空间规划、平面布局及设计标准化思维；能够阅读及审核建筑、室内设计及相关技术图纸；熟悉酒店客房、公共区域、餐饮空间及其他酒店功能区域的设计要求；具备材料、家具、灯具及洁具等设计资料的审核能力。了解马来西亚适用的建筑、消防及地方政府审批要求者优先。

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software. Strong skills in space planning, layout development, and design standardisation. Able to read and review architectural, interior design, and related technical drawings. Familiar with hotel guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage spaces, and other hotel functional areas. Able to review specifications for materials, furniture, lighting, and sanitaryware. Knowledge of applicable Malaysian building, fire safety, and local authority submission requirements is an advantage.

沟通与协调能力 / Communication and Coordination

具备良好的沟通、协调及跨部门合作能力；能够有效对接本地项目团队、外部设计顾问及承包商；具备良好的文件整理、汇报及项目跟进能力；能够适应多项目并行工作，并按时完成任务。

Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with local project teams, external design consultants, and contractors. Good documentation, reporting, and project follow-up skills. Able to manage multiple projects and deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

语言能力 / Language Proficiency

英语：具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力。马来语：具备日常工作沟通能力，能够与本地团队及合作方协调。中文（普通话）：具备中文沟通能力者优先，以便与中国总部及相关团队对接。

English: Good written and spoken communication skills. Bahasa Malaysia: Able to communicate in routine work situations and coordinate with local teams and business partners. Mandarin Chinese: An advantage for communication with the China headquarters and relevant teams.

个人素质 / Personal Attributes

工作认真负责，注重细节及设计质量；具备良好的分析、判断及问题解决能力；主动积极，能够独立工作并与团队协作；对酒店设计趋势、品牌标准及项目执行具有较强的学习意愿；能够根据项目需要安排现场考察及跨州出差。

Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to design quality. Strong analytical, judgement, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willing to learn about hotel design trends, brand standards, and project execution practices. Willing to attend site visits and travel to other states when required.
