About the role

We are looking for a full-time Designer & Merchandise to join our UK team. This role is dedicated to our UK business, giving you the opportunity to focus on one team, build strong working relationships and deliver a high level of service. You will create bespoke products for golf clubs, resorts and corporate clients. We value creativity, fast turnaround times and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Create bespoke products for golf clubs, resorts and corporate clients
• Prepare factory-ready specification sheets and production artwork
• Produce technical product drawings and mock-ups
• Apply Pantone colour matching, artwork sizing and positioning
• Provide clear production notes for factories
• Prepare print-ready vector artwork
• Support the UK team and customer requirements, including flexible working hours when needed (e.g. 12:00–20:00)
• Conduct product development during quieter periods
• Update website, catalogues, marketing flyers and other creative work

About you

• Strong graphic design background
• Experience creating clothing collections
• Excellent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
• Ability to prepare factory-ready specification sheets and production artwork
• Technical product drawings and mock-ups
• Pantone colour matching, artwork sizing and positioning
• Good written and spoken English
• Self-motivated, organised and responsive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
