Designer (Architect)

Role Description The Design Architect (Civil) will be responsible for developing and reviewing architectural and civil design concepts, preparing detailed construction drawings, and ensuring that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams, translating project briefs into practical design solutions, and resolving design-related issues during project execution. The role involves managing design documentation, supporting tender and proposal activities with drawings and specifications, and participating in design reviews to maintain technical and aesthetic quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jharsuguda, requiring close collaboration with project and construction teams at the location.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience in civil and infrastructure projects.
• Candidates should possess Design Management skills, including coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and overseeing design documentation.
• Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including preparing, reviewing, and updating detailed drawings and specifications.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to civil and architectural works.
• Ability to work on-site in Jharsuguda, manage multiple design tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Minimum 5 Year's experience with large-scale infrastructure or public works projects is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
