Designer Archituctural

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative architectural concepts and design proposals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects.
• Prepare conceptual floor plans, elevations, sections, building facades, and massing studies.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and architectural visualisations.
• Develop innovative design solutions, space planning, building forms, and facade treatments.
• Ensure architectural designs are aligned with applicable UDCPR (Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations) provisions and relevant building development norms.
• Demonstrate awareness of FSI, permissible building height, setbacks, margins, building regulations, parking requirements, and other applicable development control provisions.
• Prepare design presentations, material palettes, and alternative design options.
• Incorporate design feedback and refine concepts while maintaining design intent and project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Design Team to develop aesthetically appealing, functional, and regulation-compliant architectural designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Arch degree from a recognised institution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or other 3D visualisation software is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UDCPR rules and applicable development control regulations, particularly for residential and commercial building projects in Maharashtra.
• Strong conceptual design, spatial planning, facade design, and visualisation skills.
• Ability to balance creativity, functionality, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
