About the role

Braggs Design is seeking an experienced and talented Designer to join our growing team in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast. As a full-time Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs for a range of signage and branding projects.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the wider creative team to develop innovative and effective design solutions for large national client brands
• Produce high-quality graphic & structural designs for a variety of signage formats, including digital, print, and large-format and interior design concepts
• Assist with the conceptualization and development of branding assets, and campaigns
• Designing interior space design and retail fit-outs
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and meets the specific needs of our clients
• Participate in client presentations and provide design guidance and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of your work

What we're looking for

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related creative field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar design role, preferably within the signage, marketing branding industry including interior retail design & fit-out
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and knowledge of Ai design and visualisation tools
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client brief requirements into visually appealing designs concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to work to strict deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A keen interest in the latest design trends and a willingness to continuously learn and evolve your skills
