Designer

The Role

This multi-disciplinary role operates at the intersection of growth marketing, event branding, and content execution. You will take full ownership of online and offline touchpoints, translating complex data and business concepts into compelling, high-converting visual experiences across all media channels.

Key Responsibilities

●       Growth Marketing Creatives: Design high-converting display ads, paid social campaign assets, email marketing graphics, and landing page visuals optimized for user acquisition and retention.

●       Event Branding & Experience: Develop master Key Visuals (KVs) and oversee end-to-end design execution for major corporate forums and events, including backdrops, on-site environmental graphics, and promotional collateral.

●       Print Production: Independently manage print preparation for special supplements and custom client projects, delivering precise, press-ready artwork that meets professional publishing standards.

●       AI & Workflow Optimization: Integrate generative AI tools into daily design workflows to accelerate rapid concept prototyping and asset generation.

●       Visual Storytelling & Motion Graphics: Translate complex financial data into clean, engaging infographics, and create short-form animated graphics to boost digital engagement.

●       Cross-Functional Support: Assist cross-functional business units with high-priority, ad-hoc visual design requirements as needed.

What We’re Looking For

●       Experience: 3–4 years of relevant design experience in a digital agency, media outlet, or corporate in-house team. A portfolio demonstrating strong corporate branding and digital campaign performance is required.

●       Core Skills: Sharp eye for visual hierarchy, multi-channel brand consistency, and performance-driven design; experience in Finance, Corporate, or Lifestyle sectors is preferred.

●       Tech Stack: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and modern generative AI design tools is a strong advantage.

●       Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
