We are looking for talented and motivated design professionals to become part of our team. We currently have an Architectural Designer position for candidates with between 1-5 years of experience. The role will involve working on projects from conception through construction.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of a team for projects that range in scale from interior renovations to full gut building renovations and new buildings, from programming and feasibility through construction contract administration (CA).
• Be part of the team to maintain integrity of concept and design work.
• Evaluate existing building conditions.
• Assist with construction contract administration (CA) services, including site visits.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate design ideas
• Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, and other design communication tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and design skills
• Knowledge of architectural practice and construction in general.
• Knowledge of sustainable design, resilient design and accessibility.
• Excellent English language communication

Qualifications

• Professional architectural degree (B’Arch or M’Arch) from an accredited institution required.
• Previous internship and/or full-time experience in architecture/interior architecture is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000, subject to the candidate’s experience, skills, and reference feedback.
