Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop textile designs, prints, motifs, patterns, and colour combinations.
• Create artwork and repeats using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Develop designs based on customer specifications and market trends.
• Prepare design concepts and samples for customer approval.
• Modify designs based on customer feedback.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Sampling, Production, and Quality teams.
• Maintain records of approved designs, artwork, colour references, and samples.
• Support new product and collection development.
• Ensure designs meet required quality standards and deadlines.
• Conduct research on current textile, home furnishing, and colour trends.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of textile design and pattern development.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of colours, motifs, repeats, and prints.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines.

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design
