The Role

As a Designer, you’ll work across workplace and commercial interior projects from early concept through design development and construction documentation.

You’ll be part of a fully integrated design-and-build team, collaborating closely with other designers, project managers, consultants and delivery teams to ensure projects are creative, coordinated, technically sound and buildable.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop both your creative and technical capability while taking increasing ownership of projects as your experience grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting projects across concept design, schematic design, design development and construction documentation
• Developing creative workplace concepts and translating them into practical design solutions
• Producing high-quality drawing packages, specifications and Revit-based documentation
• Supporting client presentations, workshops and design meetings
• Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants including MEP, AV and lighting
• Working closely with project and delivery teams to ensure designs are technically achievable and successfully delivered
• Supporting FF&E selection, specification and documentation
• Contributing to pitches, presentations and wider business development activity
• Taking increasing responsibility for projects and client relationships as you develop

What We’re Looking For

• Around 3+ years’ experience within workplace or commercial interior design
• Experience working across different stages of the design process
• Strong Revit capability
• Experience producing technical and construction documentation
• A good understanding of workplace design and commercial interiors
• Strong visual, creative and presentation skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
• Some client-facing experience, or the confidence and ambition to develop in this area
• Experience within a design-and-build or fast-paced commercial environment would be advantageous
