Creative Designer (AI-Driven) — Orbital Group
Singapore | Full-Time (100% offsite)

At Orbital Group, we create work that moves people, brands, and culture. We’re looking for a highly talented Creative Designer who combines sharp design instincts with modern AI capability to help build standout ideas for some of the region’s most exciting brands.

This role is for someone who can think, craft, and execute — whether independently or alongside a wider creative team. If you love creating beautiful work, moving fast, and shaping ideas across lifestyle, technology, and culture-led categories, this could be the right next step.

What You’ll Do

• Develop compelling creative concepts, campaign visuals, key visuals, social content, digital assets, and presentations.

• Translate strategy into fresh, commercially smart creative work.

• Create campaigns and assets for regional markets across Asia.

• Use AI tools (image generation, ideation, workflow acceleration, content production, research) to improve speed and quality.

• Create polished artwork from concept through final production.

• Work independently on smaller briefs and collaboratively on larger integrated campaigns.

• Contribute ideas proactively in brainstorms and creative discussions.

• Stay current with design trends, culture, technology, beauty, lifestyle, and gaming culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years agency experience in a creative/design role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and excellent visual craft.

• Confident across branding, digital, social, campaign, and production design.

• Interest or experience across personal care, beauty, wellness, consumer electronics, tech, gaming, esports, or youth culture is a strong plus.

• Demonstrated ability to harness AI creative tools to elevate ideas, accelerate workflows, and enhance output quality.

• Able to take ownership of projects from brief to delivery.

• Comfortable receiving feedback and refining work quickly.

• Strong communication skills and positive team energy.

• Familiarity with regional audiences and markets including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore is a strong plus.

Software / Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred)

• Figma is a plus

• Motion / video skills are a plus

• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or equivalent
